the leadership coach

A leading lady you've got to know

One of the first rules of blogging (apparently) is that it is 'publishing not marketing'. So I'm going to break that rule with this blog.

Perhaps redeeming myself slightly, I'm going to market someone other than myself. That person is Liz Luya from Luya-Associates (www.luya-associates.com), a Hong Kong-based executive coaching business that I have come to know over the last six months. Liz has been a source of ideas, energy and support to me since I moved to Hong Kong and I can understand why she is in so much demand.

A highly experienced corporate executive-turned executive coach, Liz was HR Director at The Economist Group for a number of years. She now specialises in coaching executive women to achieve breakthrough success in their career. Liz is also developing one of Hong Kong's first on-line coaching services, which I think is probably the direction in which the coaching 'industry' is heading.

In a nutshell, Liz is a terrific coach with a huge amount of experience in the corporate world. If you are an executive woman who is finding it difficult to smash through the executive 'glass ceiling' Liz could well be the person who hands you the hammer.
